Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love what you have ordered. If something isn’t right let us know, We offer customers the opportunity to return all full price items for a refund of the purchase price. If you would like to return or exchange you must email sales@belindahumphrey.com within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authority (RA) number. If you are exchanging you we will also need to check stock availability before returning. Once we receive the item we will send you your new item.


Items for return or exchange must be RECEIVED within 14 days.
All international return/exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date.


All items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused and with all swing tags secure. 


Only faulty garments will be accepted for return after being worn. In the rare case of a faulty item Belinda Humphrey reserves the right to repair or replace. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued with a full refund. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure you do not encounter avoidable problems and to prolong the life of your garment.


Please note we cannot offer returns or refunds on sale items, items that have been altered or if returns are requested out of the specified time frames.


Belinda Humphrey does not cover any return postage costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured.


Once item(s) have been received by us, they will undergo review and once cleared, we can proceed with your exchange or refund.


We do endeavour to process refunds and exchanges as soon as they are received but please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed.


A refund to the full value of your item(s) at purchased time will be credited to your nominated PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made. Refund will exclude ANY postage costs. If goods are purchased with a promotional amount (eg, $30 value gift card) this will also be excluded.


Please enclose the following items upon return;

  • All items intended for exchange, including packaging 
  • Please include your original receipt and customer details

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
Any purchases made during promotional events such as sale period and Vogue Online Shopping Night, we only accept exchange to the same value. There are no refunds offered on sale or promotional purchases. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
